How Ishi Koi Farm handles personal data in iDDM, for the organisations that manage Apple devices with us and for the people who use those devices.

For device and configuration data, the customer organisation is the controller and iDDM is the processor: we act on that organisation's documented instructions, set out in the order form and the data processing agreement.
For account data of the administrators who sign in to the console, and for the data you send us through this website, iDDM is the controller.
iDDM does not collect the content of a device: photos, messages, mail, browsing history, keystrokes or microphone and camera data. Apple's management framework does not expose these to a management server, and we do not ask for them.
On personally owned devices enrolled through Account-driven User Enrolment, management is limited to managed apps and accounts. Personal data on those devices stays outside our reach.
We process personal data under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP, both effective 1 January 2026.
Where consent is the basis, the customer organisation is responsible for informing device users and collecting consent before enrolment. We provide notice templates to help with that.
Device records, configuration state and audit logs are stored in Viettel DC data centres in Vietnam. No customer data is replicated to regions outside the country.
Apple Push Notification service carries only a wake signal with no payload and no personal data. Any other cross-border transfer would require a transfer impact assessment and the customer's written instruction; we do not make one on our own initiative.
We use a short list of subprocessors: Viettel DC for hosting inside Vietnam, and Apple for push notification delivery. The current list is published at iddm.vn/subprocessors, and we give customers [SỐ NGÀY] days' notice before adding one.
You may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent, and you may complain to the competent authority.
If you are a device user, send your request to your organisation first, since they decide what is managed. If you send it to us, we forward it to them and support the response. For administrator or website data, write to privacy@iddm.vn and we answer within [SỐ NGÀY] days.
We give customers at least [SỐ NGÀY] days' notice before a material change takes effect, by email to the administrators on the account and by a notice in the console.
